Well, what does qualify as a good artifact? (As in, what do you look for first, and what is the minimum it should have in stars, rarity and main stat).

If I get a good artifact, 5 stars, epic, good substats but a lame main stat like HP, do I bother with it at all?https://xender.vip/ 

Some sets don't seem too good, but people seem to like them (life, accuracy, etc). How good are they, really?

About the other weird and less sought after sets (freeze, retaliation, etc), do any of those have a real use?
