What is your next target ? Dungeons, Arena, CB ? 

Well if your doing it for arena then relickeeper is a good idea. If for cb then sentinel. But seriously I would suggest you also build up that frostbringer, jhotun, and jizoh for their faction wars and their are other uses for them also like tag team.

Hitting higher dungeons is probably what I'm thinking is at the top of my list. spider I only hit level 12, the others between 13 and 15. Does Inithwe Bloodtwins passive mean that no more spiders Spawn if he kills them all?

Sep sentinel for clan boss. Hands down one of the best for clan boss. Have several that use her in my ultra nightmare clan. 

Yes, Sepulcher Sentinel for Clan Boss, or Scyl of the Drakes for basically the whole rest of the content.

Thanks all. I have gone with Scyl given her multi usefulness. Any recommendations on gear?

My Scyl is in Lifesteal and Speed, because she is part of some of my stage 20 dungeon teams (and rocks in Faction Wars too). As she is a healer and a reviver, staying alive is very important for her.

Lot of Accuracy is also desireable, to allow her to manipulate the turn meters of the enemies, such as Spider, and to land her Stuns.

I prefer more tanky way to play through the game, with as few losses as possible, though.

No, but it does mean that the Ice Golem's minions can't be revived if he kills them, so he could help you a lot there. Plus in arena against teams with revivers like Duchess, Gorgo, Arbiter, Maulie, Raglin, etc. 

I agree with Scyl as first recommendation, but Inithwe should definitely be 60 as well at some point.

I also have to add, she is BRILLIANT being paired with Skytouched Shaman if you have her, I have been pairing them everywhere since I tried using Skytouched Shaman and Scyl in FW

The 2 of them would free up your attacker to do anything they want.
