This means they were complete and closed as if I have taken all of the rewards. Also I was at stage 8 and now I'm at stage 10 with "You have completed all the challenges in this category". Do no know how to attach the screenshot from the phone.What do you mean with it autocompleted? Maybe the other challenges have been completed and claimed way before you decided to complete the rest?
It'll be great if you can post a screenshot here.
Is this really a worthy answer from the support? I have lost for some unknown reasons prizes for the whole 9 and 10 levels of artifact challenges and I get this answer?!

Good to see game support working and responding :) Its probably true and working fine, but I will say this to you to maybe help
I have completed all those artifact quests . Quests / Missions are very important to the game and offer huge rewards to players who complete them.
That screenshot does not help with anything, as it only shows your missions are completed.
My guess is that everything in-between part 8 and part 10 of the missions were already completed, but did not get claimed because you were stuck at a specific mission in part 8. Once you completed that specific mission in part 8, everything that had completed gets claimed and completed automatically. Whatever rewards they were, they should have automatically be added to your account. Some things like gems and silver and brews and chicken might easily be overlooked.
The only way you can claim you didn't get the rewards is if you had taken screenshots or videos of your inventories before claiming that mission in part 8, which I am 100% sure you did not do, because 100% of other people would not do either. Other than that, if Plarium keeps data backups of your inventories before you mission completion, then they can actually do comparisons.
They deifnately were NOT added to my account :) that's is why I'm here. There should have been a void shard 100% and 100% I didnt get it. So that means the rest was not attributed to my account also. Besides, there were a plenty of energy per each assignment.
