I understand how annoying the pop up offers get. I just noticed though that the offers appear to show up more on my account that I don't really play a lot, or when I haven't logged in for a while. They certainly appear to be bombarding when the offers get built up during the day and you get them all in one go.
Hmm, that was not my impression. I was playing this afternoon on one of my F2P accounts for about 1 hour and 95% of the time I changed back to bastion, I got an offer...it was really annoying.
(I am playing daily on the account)They bother me too. And sometimes they are more aggressive popping up like 20 times a day.
I learned that I don't have to click "X" that is in different spots for different popups. I click near the edge of the screen so that it's never on popup no matter its size. Fast repeated clicks in a single spot close multiple popups.
Also, banner blindness helps. I hardly ever notice what is offered.
They still somewhat bother me. It's a negative for the game, but its positives outweight it for now.
This kind of "monetization technique" also gives me one more reason not to spend any money in this game out of fear that if I add a credit card, I misclick something and buy stuff. Beside a dozen other reasons)
Nope, i play on 3 devices multiple times a day and now they are between every scene! Some of us have limited time to play and this does nothing but turn your players off. I will not spend another dime on Plariums greed. They cant be bothered to fix issues to make the game better, but beg for more and more money every chance they get. Just sad as it is an amazing game.

Seeing these ads on the main screen once in a while, is nothing compared to seeing those ads coming up on EVERY page. Also imagine browsing webpages where 80% of the page is covered in ads, with some even covering the information you are looking at, and it can not be closed?
