Skull lord's been due for a buff since he was created he's been a mess and is about as good as a decent blue. He is definitely the worst legendary and while good champions like Abbess, Belanor, Norog, Elder skrag  and many others have gotten unnecessary buffs skull lord hasnt even got a much needed buff.

For example champions like gnarlhorn and sadly even and uncommon champion like warchanter are better tanks then him not to mention many other obvious ones like paragon and fellhound. 

ALSO he's far worse than every epic no exceptions.

Plarium if you don't want to buff him at least make him uncommon or rare.
