Why on earth would it not require accuracy?
I was not sure, as it does not give any chances and anything. I guess it is one of the things I still need to learn to understand.
Check out the video on this on RSL's youtube channel, it explains it quite well. But in brief, skills with percentages mentioned are not certain to be applied at all. Midnight Ritual doesn't have that indeed, it's certain to be applied ( since Serris is a void and can't have weak hits, on which even 100 percent abilities will still fail to apply). However, it can still be resisted by champions who have high enough resistance (or just get very lucky because you can never entirely rule out a resist). With zero accuracy, she'd still apply the debuffs to champions with extremely low resistance, but mostly it would get resisted. The higher you build her accuracy, the higher opponents' resistance needs to be to resist the ability (again, unless they get super lucky).L9753 said:

Thank you for confirming it to me. Oh, well, more Accuracy for her it is then. *dives into the pile of stored artifacts*

Any debuffs you cast onto your opponents requires accuracy. The confusion came from the fact that it was not called a debuff in the skill's description.
Well, that's not the correct way to recognise a debuff... check this list of buffs and debuffs. :)
That list doesn't say "Remove" or "Steal". Those require accuracy, and therefore, debuff. And need to add "Block Revive" as well, because Armiger's A2 requires accuracy.WatchdogCZ said:

I beg to differ.
