Can Vrasks passive heal ability Cannibalism scale up higher than 10% to party members with Epic skill tomes?

If it could, it would say so in the skill description. It doesn't, so no. 

Thank you I'm really new and I started less than 2 weeks ago, so I'm still learning the mechanics of the game and your input is greatly appreciated. I guess the way to get the heals up is  Hit Points and critical rate % up and my CR is 75. So I guess just working for better gear and getting the HP over 20k with a CR of same or better will make him a better AOE group healer for every turn. If you don't mind how much HP/CR can i expect to see out of Brutal in the campaign and dungeons at the moment I have one fight that has evaded me for a day so I'm just wondering?
