I won a 6 piece Epic Relentless set. Is there any champ or situation where this is a good match? The main stats and substats are less than average. Only 2 speed substats. I can sell it for 378k. I dont really need the silver. I have about 45m now.Keep good peices in case you get more. I use relentless on zelotah on alt. I think the most popular use is on nuker in arena.

Rotos the Lost Groom can make good use of it.
No, he won't. Rotos need more crit rate & crit damage.
I use it for Alure, it is more useful on champs that steal/decrease turn meters on A1 skill. Also good for Athel or champs that can grant him/her another turn.
However I believe Relentless should be 2 gears per set.

I find the Relentless set quite good, even if a bit unreliable, on my Rotos. I got some nice Relentless pieces for my Rotos, including *5 Speed boots. I counted +64% HP just from HP% substats on all my gear combined, which I think is decent. There is still a lot of room for improvement, but Rotos catapulted me from Gold I to Gold III.
No disagreement on the idea of it deserving to be a 2 piece set, though.

I would not say right or wrong here, maybe you are right or both are right.
