So I just wasted millions of Silver upgrading a legendary divine speed headpiece.  I had it on auto-upgrade and was half-ass paying attention when I realized it wouldnt roll past 12... It went successful several times and wouldn't update.  I tried on another piece of gear and the same thing happend but this time when it hit an upgrade point it would warp from 8 to 12.

Is this happening to anyone else?
