Im trying to put rings on my lvl 11,12,13 players but it says must increase level to level 4. Is there another ladder I dont know about?

It's the champions star/accended level/rank.
Ring slot: upgrade the champion to 4 stars
Amulet slot: Upgrade the campion to 5 stars and ascend them to 5 stars.
Banner slot: Upgrade the campion to 6 stars and fully ascend them.

And if they arent 4 they probably arent needing a ring. get 6stars then worry about accessories

An Shadowkin ring...
The accessoires are tied to the factions, each faction has is own. Banner Lords can only wear Bannerlord rings, High Elves can only wear High Elves rings, Shadowkin - you guessed it - can only wear Shadowkin rings. For wich faction the accessoires drop at Spider Dungeon is totally random, so it may take a while until you get a fitting ring.
