Please be Mindful of your language, insults towards other players will not be tolerated , consider this your first and only warning. 

So, you used 7 shards, got nothing (quite normal, 7 shards are nothing) and did a refund, got banned and you are crying about that? You can't expect to recieve whatever you want just because you spent 7 shards. What was your idea? asking for a refund and trying again until you get something good? That's not how this games works.

Maybe you are a new player at gatcha games or something, but ancient shards have 0,5% of getting a legendary champion, 8% of getting an epic champion. You used 7 shards... do the math. If you are into getting better champions, save them for when the x2 events, where possibilities increases to 1% legendary, 16% epic.

This is about resource management in your account, building your own strategy arround your possibilities (some players have more time to farm and grind, others have less time to play and compensate that by buying offers).

And this is not only on Plarium's side, any company that has an online game based, if you purchased something that improves your account, thus making you stronger than others, and later on you ask for a refund, they will ban you for sure. 

Imagine going to a shop, buying some stuff like a shirt or something, using it, coming back next day asking for a refund... but demanding to keep the shirt.

Plarium expect each Legendady Champion (any lego from S-rank to F-rank) cost $200. If 30 dollars could buy 1 lego, Plarium got a $170 loss (in their imagination), it should not happen unless your luck cost $170. 

Legendary champions can also cost you 0$. There are so many people that get a top tier legendary champions just from a random Ancient Shard, opposite stands true as well. Raid is a free to play game with online transactions, Plarium is trading online goods (shards, gems, books etc.) and estimation of price of these goods is purely within right of the company. Estimation of value of those goods is entirely up to player (e.g. You decide if what company is offering is worth your money or no). You paid price that was not ambiguous or missleading (you bought 7 blue shards) and drop rates from shards are transparent and known to anyone. What are you going to do? Refund every time you get nothing you want out of your 7 shards countless times until you finally get something? How is that fair towards players who gathered or bought 50 shards? Book example of refund abuse. I am closing the thread as it doesnt provide any constructive criticism or lead anywhere.
