I don't think you guys understand the concept of 10x targeted summons, or the difference it has with double rate events.
With x2, rates are simply doubled (1% leg, 16% epic on ancient and void, 12% leg on sacred). x10 targeted summon events on the other hand, rates remain the same (0.5% leg, 8% epic for ancient and void shards, 6% leg on sacred), you're just more likely to pull the featured champ if you pull the required rarity.
To put it simply, during the ongoing x10 rate you still have a 0.5 chance to pull a legendary from a void shard, but you're just 10x more likely to pull a Venus. That doesn't mean that you'll get Venus if you pull a legendary, you still might get Hegemon or Gurgoh for that matter.
