i dont know where to put this so sorry in advance but can anyone tell me where and how to file a report for raid please. plarium said they were shutting down the server to take away the 2 for 1 deals in 10 minutes so i bought the 100 dollar and the 50 dollar packs but didnt get the bonus then they said after i bought it that they actually turn it off an hour ago and its a bug lololol so i want to send in a report to see if i can either get my money back or the shards they owe me
