Hi,

I have been about two months in Arena Gold tier 4 and every time when I getting the chest rewards it shows Ancient and/or Void shards as reward beside the artifacts and other rewards, thing is I never got any shards from those chest regardless it showing them in opened chest reward list.

Is that normal?

I will appreciate any comment about that matter.
