Oh, it only rarely happens. Also, it only happens when he’s in a Magic Clan Boss. Even though he is weak against it, shouldn’t he place the continuous heal? My apologies if this is supposed to happen.

Edit: Never mind I think it has started placing Continuous Heals again all the time, but if it doesn’t I know that it is not a glitch. Also I would send you a video of it happening but don’t know how to make a video into a clickable link.

It only happens during the Magic clan boss, and I’d make the video but I don’t know how to make a clickable link for it. I do know how to send it via email though. Is there an email I could send it to?

If you're referring to the Weak hits not placing a continuous heal, yes, that's supposed to happen. As far as I can see his regular hits do place it. Also, this is a Spirit boss, not Magic. ;) Against Magic he'd actually be stronger.
