How long does it take for Support to respond 'properly' to account.
I have an account issue, basically won't let me change my email because it says my original don't exist.
Emailed support, instantly got an auto gen answer which solved nothing, responded that it didn't help and explained my issue in great detail.
8hrs or so later, get a response that was basically a copy paste of the first auto gen response, support person never read my problem at all.
I responded with the same details again, and even more details. Been almost 36hrs and no response.
I have to admit the first 'official ' response annoyed me greatly. It really seemed like a support person just trying to crank out replies without actually doing support.
