Nah, the counting of turn does not mean to ... crash, nothing in this game mean to ... crash, no coders do the code for crashing their app/game, all of their effort is for running smoothly, not to crash.
the reason your game does not record is [time], in order to utilize/best use of server resource (server bandwidth and CPU process), only 1st and last moment of a game event (campaign, dungeon, cb fight, etc.) connect to server, middle of the event base on local devices, but the identify process won't last that long, when the last moment occurs, the game reconnect and send result, it failed to identify you as a legal connection, return a failure connection, ie. when you do a long fight, 90% the result may not be updated by server, recently developer already update those failed results when relogin, you may got update if you are lucky.
