Sure we can loose a key by engaging the battle while another player kills the boss but in our clan sometimes we kill 5th  CB in the minutes before the reset, so it is possible simply not have enough time to kill him if we do it one by one. Two  or three clan members in parallel kill him for sure in last 10-15 minutes.

Okay, I suppose you're right.  I didn't think about that.  We don't have to have a lock out. 

EDIT:  However, I've noticed that the Easy & Hard Clan Bosses often sit there at 1-2% health.  It seems that few want to use one of their keys to strike the killing blow.  Which is understandable.  Because it seems that it takes 5 hours or so for a Master Dwarven or Dark Elf locksmith to craft a key.  Of course, no one expects an item that can open a gateway to the lowest circle of the Nine Hells to be obtained easily.  It seems that many therefore consider such keys to be precious and don't want to waste them.
