I'm here to address issues with receiving gifts as a token of our support during the quarantine. To receive it, you should have logged in at least once during the seven days before we sent them.
I will also elaborate on the subject of items disappearing from Inbox when it's full to dispel confusion. If your Inbox was full before we sent gifts, the oldest items you had there should have been erased, and gifts still added in the mail as your latest acquisition.

This is totally unfair we should also get the rewards thing like this you speak of never happened I am grinding a whole week maybe more so I can upgrade a champion from rank 4 to 5 and I only have 3 decent champions I think we deserve those rewards so we can progress furtherGreetings and salutations
