This champion is so inbalanced as he can be. Kael is a rare champion and his dmg is insane. How has he not been nerfed? Almost everyone use him and with the right party, he can one shoot a hole team. 

You say this is a balanced game? When a rare champion kills an legendary champ without any problems. 

I have bad el kasar masteries full upgrade and arctifacts rank 16 on all gears, gears is 6 stars 2 legendary rest epic. Much hp and good stats overall. But still does Kael one hit me and rest of my team.
