i have put in several tickets. Numbers 1771189, 1770509 through the website and others in the game, from my hacked account, as I still have access to it because my Facebook account is still connected. The hacker then gets a notice about a new ticket and then just changes the email address on my account again. The ID is um2357482 | 2309986 and the address that SHOULD be associated with it is [email protected]. The most recent address the hacker is using on my account is [email protected]. Plarium just keeps sending me auto responses. If you could help, that would be amazing. They don't seem to care, and I had just about given up.
