At first I tried ignoring gear that had accuracy for champions who had a skill that placed a debuff, not a chance to place debuff. Now I remember I was told that probability and ACC vs RES are 2 different rolls. I assume then that the probability roll is automatically a win, but ACC is still needed, or rather increases the win chance, of the 2nd roll vs Res?
