there aren't caps on Cb drop, only rng.

Yea, no caps (allegedly), just horribly low drop rates.  85% of the time if not more, I end up with worthless rare tomes.  I mean who the hell is going to need rare tomes that is downing UNM boss?  Freaking ridiculous.
