We really need an option to remove glyph on gears, especially speed one.  I myself shuffle gears alot to min/max optimal set ups for arena and CB on daily basis.  Lots of times even one speed up or lower can play very vital role on team compositions, but with current glyph system we can only keep adding up stats and not allowed to lower or remove.  This is a really pain in da asis!  We must have the option to remove glyphs if we choosen.  It can be just like scroll reset system, we pay 10 gems or something, just implement it on the very next patch plz!
