Does skills like Cruetraxa's 2nd skill that says "...50% chance of removing 2 random buffs..." can be resisted or they work 100% if they proc?

You have 50% chance of proc and then acc vs res check.

Are you 100% sure? 

I cannot tell the difference if they resist my Weaken or the Remove buffs. Yet to see displaying x2 "resisted" notifications.

Yes, that is my point. It doesn't show "resisted" x2 times. I haven't seen x2 times resisted so far.  

It's still probable that I simply haven't proc both and got both resisted. :) So, that's that too. And simply observed solo resisting either the remove or the weaken. :) 

Still, I would love someone who knows with 90-100% certainty to join in and add his knowledge to the conversation.
