@ShortOnSkillz @dthorne04 and anyone else. I see we have a new mod so I've included you as well.

I have a question about a current contest run by Plarium. For the first time since playing the game, I have entered and submitted into a Plarium contest. I have also only been semi-active in the forums as well and check them 2-3 times a week for the past year. So, maybe I missed a post about my specific issue related to my question.

I have checked the forum rules, especially the 1.x, 3.x and 4.x areas about posting rules and even contests. I didn't not see anything in those areas related to my question so if I missed it, please feel free to point it out.

So, the contest entry deadline is 9/30. From what I understand of the contest rules, 10 entries will be picked to have players vote on to determine the top 2 for rewards. Can I post a link here in the forum asking players to vote for me? Or is that influencing people to cheat for me? Perhaps the voting rules will be posted after the 10 are selected and ONLY if I happen to be 1 of the 10 selected to vote for. I guess then I wonder about clans that have Discord or other clan forums where they can get members to vote for them too and wonder how Plarium would crack down on that outside the game? I have never seen anyone make a post asking for votes before and then wonder if that will get out of hand when either the player or their clan mates start making posts in the forum asking for votes.

So, I'm just testing the waters on the issue. I couldn't find anything in the rulles for or against it and have never seen a post about it. Of course, I'm kinda like the Canadians the The Geneva Convention that says, "if there's no rule about it then that doesn't make it illegal yet."

Please and thank you everyone and here's hoping that my entry is selected. *crosses fingers*
