Sent many request to reset my game to the original version and the only responce I got was to reset password. Don't care about that, I just want my old version back. Been playing since 2023 and this makes me sick that I have to start over, AGAIN!

How does it happen? Account stolen? Are you using Two Factor Authentication?

Im going to assume both op and this guy either didnt create a login or remember it. Sounds like people just dont understand how to log back into it.

Follow up from precious statement, I first started the game in 2024, in April of this year I download rubies from facebook they loaded to my level 71 and then the screen changed to level 1 and I lost everything, charaters and levels, basically starting all over.
Been communitating with support and they have asked for game ID, puchases, city and country and now they (Angel) says they need more information. In other words they have either no capablity to do so, or don't really care.

So is there a reason you can not just log into the level 71 account? Sorry but accounts don't just disappear.
"downloading free gems from facebook" makes me think he got scammed into giving his acct details and had it stolen.
