iI killed this dude over 15 times in 30 minutes. Notice the time of death at 25:31. Then restricted AGAIN at 25:33. How many Reserections does this guy have? Someone's Algorythm is not adding up right. This has stalled my ability to climb up the tower
He needs to die with h burn or he will rez, block revive champions will also work.

If you don't have a good HPB Toon, Lots of People just throw Lydia on their team, which works great. If you aren't that far in the game, a Block Revive Epic like Fenax does the trick.
