I will agree that LA Matching could be improved, but with a Roster like yours, who do you think you should be matching against?

I am just under 20K in Live Arena and have played for 6+ yrs, but by your toons, you would smoke me unless you aren't geared well enough, which could be the case at 174 days in.

I think people should be matched against people of somewhat similar live arena points, not someone with 4x to 8x more points.  I wouldn't mind waiting longer to be matched more appropriately.  If I had 10k points and matched with someone at 15k points, odds are that fight will be much more fun and evenly matched than being 5k matched with someone that is 25k.  Same if I was at 20k points matching with someone at 30k points.

It's also really stupid to match with the same person twice in a row.  It bothers me even when I win both fights.

They could easily add point range thresholds to only match with people within 2k or 3k of you when you are new and expand the range as your points grow.  And when the season starts they could take into account total points as well, even if it's for the first week.  I understand this won't help when if a big account has a low rating, but it's a much better solution than the lazy system they currently have in place.

Definitely sounds more like a gear issue than anything.  Also using points as a metric for matchmaking fairness isnt really valid because it really just reflects how much someone has played LA, not account power. 

But I do agree matchmaking needs to be improved.
