Okay, for starters, unfortunately your team comp is just terrible. You lack a consistent atk down, and basically have no def up or ally protect. You have leech from Mikey, but with a 4 turn cooldown so you can't have it consistently active. And you're not tuned at all.
Tbh, my guess is tuning is going to prove difficult to do for you, so, I'd probably just abandon that idea and focus more on a proper team comp. Seeker is good, but because of his extra turn, keeping buffs active on him is very tricky, so you need to build him tankier than you otherwise would- probably want his def to be closer to 4200, and hp above 60k. He can stay on the team since he'll help your other champs do more, but he can also be dropped if necessary.
Drath is almost completely useless on this team. She adds a bit of healing, which should be entirely useless if you can keep leech consistently active, and does nothing else at all. Drop her.
Mikey is mostly useless. He can't keep his a3 consistently active since it's on a 4 turn cd, unless you tune him for a 4:3 comp, which is gonna be tough. I won't completely discount him, if you want to build a 4:3 comp he can work quite well, but you need to read up on tuning that if so.
Ezio and Geomancer can stay. They both do their job well.
So - overall my suggestion is to drop drath and Mikey, and add someone with a more consistent leech as well as someone with def up and/or ally protect. Seeker can be dropped too, especially if you can double up by getting the other one of those two (def up / ally protect).
Ty for your extensive reply: I figured out AI suggested the speed for UNM ut they was NM and that's one point.
secondly: I was trying a raid optimizer team which was supposed to do millions of DMG...
for now went back to NM 2key to farm last chest.
wondering if Vizier Ovelis could be a game changer...
Note that a lot of times the suggested raid optimizer team shows champs that all have 6* blessings, empowerment, and crazy gear
The default sorting is by highest damage first.
Indeed theY suck in my case 😂
exploring Vizir option as 60 buff extender... maybe I can find a spot for him...?
Kram's overall advice from last month was pretty solid. Have you made changes to the team? Or are you still running the comp shown above?
Viz is pretty solid for early Demon Lord progression if you aren't already keeping the debuff bar full, but if you are, then Viz loses all of his value beyond the Dec Atk and Block Buffs, which you could get from Lamasu, who is already 6 star, plus she gives you a speed aura and the targeted skill reset. I'd try Lamasu in place of Rector Drath.
Since you are not running Lifesteal gear, you need healing from somewhere. Leech is good, but you could try Stokk as your poisoner instead of Ezio. Stokk should give you more poison damage over a longer fight and will also help keep your team alive with all of the continuos heal buffs. He also offer s aspeed aura if you don;t go with Lamasu

That comp is obsolete and just a try.
main team consists of Geomancer, Toragi, aniri,
with rotation of Ezio/xeno (both in lifesteal) /apo
1:1 spd tuned.
tried Lamasu, doompriest as well with no major improvements though
That is a much more well-rounded team and you have all the major debuffs covered.
By Apo, I assume you mean Apothecary? I would totally try using Stokk instead of Apothecary. Stokk will do more healing than Apothecary with the Continous Heal Buffs and Aniri will extend those buffs so they will be up all the time. Stokk should also increase your poison damage substantially because he will be activating all poisons with every A2 and placing poisons with his A3. The only downside would be if you get so many poisons up that you can't keep your other debuffs up.
For Aniri, prioritze her A2 with your AI Preset and put her in your best Reflex gear if you have it.

Willing to try Vizier Ovelis to extend debuffs to try to keep atk down, def down and poisons...

Obviously, it is your team, so you do you. Personally, I would try Stokk first since he is already L60. Stokk has quite a bit of utility elsewhere in the game. Viz does not.
