My stoneskin lightning cage setup are all around 120spd - main team is nogdar hephraak gaius ramantu, and secondary is kimi (not slow, 300ish spd) kymar shazar inithwe.

Unrelated but didn't want to create a new thread lol. Not ducking you but it seems like you need to be in tight communication to set these up.

I am in same gear situation lol. No help though.  Turtles (I haven't built any) are always slow when I fight in 3v3.

Theres a very small set of champs that do well slow.  Pred and UDK being a couple.  Otherwise there's some niche Siege teams that are slow but Im also selling almost everything without speed. 

The problem I see with slow champs is that others are getting 2 turns to 1 turn for the slow.  How do you balance that?

Slow champs are ones who are only there for thier passives, and/or do everything via ally-attack, counterattack, instant turn activation, etc.

For example, monkey can be done with a slow build: he gets killed, self-revives with a full tm, does an attack, gets killed, repeat.

Tormin can work in a slowboi build, especailly if partnered with girltormin.

But who are you actually using in a slow build?

Do unintentional slow builds count?

got curious so i checked: I have UDK, and Staltus in gear but under 200 spd. Those are the only ones i use semi-regularly who arent just for an old doomtower team I havent bothered updating in years.

Staltus is great for telling kalvalax and Nell to go F off :D

Unfortunatley, my bigger problem is really the accessories....Just gotta find time to purge.    

Its becoming such a big problem with the 9 piece sets.  I stay on top of mine but mathematically it just doesnt make sense to have 16 factions and 10 variable set accessories. 

Absolutely.  And an easy fix would be to widen the accessories to the Union Level, which would allow us to purge more easily.

Yup.  See this suggested quite a bit.  Seems to make the most sense.
