Another round of solid buffs.  Jack will be good for Chimera and Lugan just good all around PvE champ.  Be very helpful for HFW. 

I agree.  These buffs are both pretty good. I have both of them Leveled, Mastered & Vaulted, so I look forward to seeing what they can do now.    

Lugan's A2 is finally a good Ally Protector Skill.  He was terribly out-classed in that role, plus all his other skills got buffed too.  

Jack absolutely looks viable for Chimera now, and I may try to figure out how to use him there.  I am capped at 15 Trials with my current Team, and I've been trying to figure out a team to get a few more.

Just returned to the game after two years away. And all I can say is I am very pleased with the direction it's going. 

These reworks are simply awesome for those of us with lots of vaulted epics and legendaries. 

Not that it matters a whole lot, but every Ally Protect skill in the game that I can think of states, "places ally protection on all allies except this champion..."

Lugan simply says "all allies"  He places the other A2 buffs on all allies, inlcuding himself, and palces ally protection on all allies except himself, which is how it should work, but not how it reads.
