I would be curious to see your roster for UH and builds.

These are my UH. Mashall and Annie were in 6 pcs merciless, kinda squishy but I had to make them the more offensive possible in order to deal with the hp swap recycling too fast. Morrigaine 320 spd in reflex. Vogot tanky in regen set 260 spd. Gorgorab 320 spd tanky in regen set. Annie has no book and no masteries on her, since I'm short both on book and energy right now.

Annie Mashall and Morrig were constantly dead, whereas gorgo and vogot were constantly alive. I used gorgo to bring back the dpsses and make them attack, then they died again 1 or 2 turns later. I realized my roster had unsufficient dmg output, compared to how fast the hp swap will recycle. I thought my only strategy was destroying hp bar with annie, and that I did. And there you have it, my 1 hour + long fight.

I agree with OP that fwh is not any fun, and probably overturned a decent bit. I have a pretty solid account but really struggle getting passed even stage 14 on most crypts myself, hell I can't even do stage 7 orcs lol.

I pretty much ignore it and just farm stage 10-15 and have stopped trying to push any of it for the time being as I don't play games that make me angry.  The added conditions really seal the deal of suck imo.

unfortunately, you really need to farm stage 20 of all factions, or the more factions you can. Only way to get mythical relic material consistently 

Ive been stuck on UH 14 myself for months, I just can't put out enuogh dps to bring the boss down.

I probably could beat it if i rebuilt the entire team stealing gear off my best champs just for that one fight, but i also just can't bring myself to care enough to bother.

Likely I will eventually, just hoping in the meantime I pull a clutch champ who will make it easy. (Like Leo soloing stage 14 shadowkin)

Im close to Polara on my 2nd account.  Its all doable but I would agree that boss in particular could use a nerf.  Hes so overturned compared to the rest.  I would not be shocked to see a nerf at some point to the entire thing. 

I think this is the biggest thing for people.  You often have to swap around alot of strong gear to pass one stage and people are reluctant to do so.  

My problem with switching gear is knowing who had on the gear before the swap.

At least now you can swap gear without breaking the bank and they do have the ability to save your gear loadout to a champ to make it easier to put everything back on the other champs. The problem I face is that I'll borrow 1 piece from this champ and 1 from another. When you do that to a whole team of 5 champs, I'll face it where I put a champ out and they're still naked because I gave it to a different champ to beat/face something else. Oops...

Definitely a problem.  Someone previously had mentioned a "borrow" feature which I thought was interesting.  

That was one of my QoL suggestions I think.

If there was like an "undo" option in the fitting room which would put every piece a champ is wearing back wherever it was before that champ equiped it

Yup that would be very helpful for one off build situations like you frequently have in HFW.
