I would like to know WHY block debuffs isn't working against certain champs. For example, Nell's debuff specifically states that it will go through block debuff. However, Tormin and someone else that I can't recall is going through. Tormin's debuff states once a buff is applied, has a 20% chance to freeze. Yet, when Galathir uses his A2, he's cleaning all debuffs (not a buff) then applying Block Debuff; Tormin is still freezing my team. There is NO explaination on why that happens. Tormin's skill doesn't state that it goes through block debuff like Nell's does. Correct me if I'm wrong but that shouldn't be happening.
