you have two major problems. the first is that your speed tune is bad and the second is that your team is also bad.
starting with the tune, you have your champions set to act in a consistant order, but it's not set up to actually have their skills used effectively. take rearguard seargent for example. you want an ally protection champion to drop their skill right before the clan boss uses his first aoe skill so the ally protection buff is active during both aoe attacks. instead, you have it dropping right afterward missing the first attack entirely and wearing off before the third. having an ally protect that only applies 1/3 of the time is pretty useless. even worse, you have toragi using his own ally protection ability immediately after rearguard uses hers. ally protection doesn't stack, so using one right after the other is just a waste of an ability. if you staggered them in the turn order, you could potentially keep it running 100% of the time but as is it's just doing nothing.
scyll is probably the biggest issue on your team. her passive gives out a random increase speed buff, which will break any and all speed tunes. even if that weren't an issue, her skills are all terrible for clan boss. drop her and replace her with someone who can place leech debuffs.
you should also replace either toragi or rearguard seargent since there's too much overlap in their kits. toragi runs the risk of filling up the debuff bar and doesn't provide defense down, but he does have better survivability. it's hard to say which will be better for you without seeing the team in action, so you may have to test it out with each one. if you do drop rearguard, a) replace her with someone else who provides defense down and b) turn off toragi's a2. it doesn't do anything useful for your team.
one other thing you'll need to avoid are any masteries that affect cooldowns or increase a champion's turn meter, both of which can throw off speed tunes. the only one i'm seeing now is arcane celerity on your scyll which shouldn't be an issue since a) the demon lord is immune to all her debuffs and b) you need to replace her anyway, but that's something to watch out for.
