Is anyone else having an issue with team setup presets.

I specifically turn off a champs skill in the team set up preset as it's actively harming the run (Titus A3 in chimera for specifics) only for him to randomly use despite it being set to never use.  Is there a bug with the AI or is the team set up preset another example of raids rng.  It will only work some of the time.
