God, this would be the best outcome. As a big rat fan I was rather disappointed by the lack of Splinter :(

In the past they would have allowed everyone to burn up resources on the turtles and then offer a godlike fusion.   

Id expect one to start in about 2 weeks.  Thats the usual timeline.
