I am using martyr and Reinbeast and they both are alive at the end of the battle.

And no, Martyr does net not get revived by Reinbeast.

What AIRMAXXX said is true:

You have to finish the stage in under 10 minutes to get 3 stars.

I'd recommend upgrading your gear to the max (if not done so already) or pick another, hopefully quicker team!
