So i was glancing at the Hellhades site for solid epics for the Shadowkin Champion and came across Tomoe, her passive actually looks neat.

She offers cool bonuses to same faction allies in her kit , not much but its an interesting to see.

are there other champs like this or was this a concept that was abandoned on epics?
