Well, I'm tired of bad luck and I'm getting tired of this game, I've a lot of money playing and not much to show for it, I'm not rich like some of these players have to be in order to progress so quickly and get so many points for rewards. Now I am not even able to get any active promo codes, it seems like if you spend a lot of money you get all the perks, not sure what I want to do at this p oint now, used to be a good game ....

Once again, there were 5 so-called new Promo Codes available for February, I have tried them everyday from the 1st to the 4th and none of them work. play a lot, Spend a lot and get nothing in return....

Aren't those codes only for new accounts?

Yeah. He's sniffing glue over there. There have been no new codes since the rush in December. But yeah, progressive champs are a fool's errand. Ain't no body got time for that.

I can't even count the number of shards I have pulled trying for Elva & Nekmo over the last few years.  Never pulled either from a shard, but I got a Nekmo from a Lizard Prism Pool middle of last year. Booked him & built, but can't even figure out what to do with him. LOL!

Still no Elva and she is still my most wanted non-void....But I picked up a Glaicad on Boost just before Christmas, so I can't complain about that.

Congrats man, Glacaid is really good still.  Especially nice to have a reviver in that faction. 

I am happy for Glaicad for sure, but even w/o him, I had already cleared L21 on HFW in Sylvans.  I need some better Dark Elf Damage and an Ogryn Reviver. 

Dark Elf is tough, the epics kinda have to carry the DPS.

To OP, I've had some fortune with proggressives, netting a few desired champs.  Have pulled two mythics from primal shards.  Funny thing is I have no frontline champs that are current meta.  I just can't spare the constant time for fusions.  So, I have to focus on gear to make the most of what I have.  Gear is free, and DL UNM nets you more champs than anywhere else.  Stay at it or quit, but your account can and should be constantly worked if you want to succeed.  Like you I've put some money into acct acceleration, but you gotta knuckle down and develop the acct you have, and that part is free. Cheers.

While I agree that the 10X/15X odds are terrible, we all play the game and Plarium has not decided to give us anything better (yet?!?!). 

Once you reach a certain point in the game, very few champions will actually make much of a difference on your account, and TBH, the longer you play, more and more champions are nothing but Faction Guardians, Vault Guardians or Token Trader Points...so, you save your resources to do fusions & events, and you pull shards when there is a boost on a toon you might have a bit of fun building & using.

I have missed countless boost toons, and it is infuriating to get your 5th Astralon, 3rd Astralith, 4th Roxam or 4th Pinthroy when you are pulling for Duchess, Elva, Kimi, etc.  

However, I have pulled Siphi, Firrol, Glaicad, Sicia, Lyssandra, Queen Eva, Amoch, Zaharis, and probbaly some others I don't remember while they were on boost....

Most important though is to view shards as currency to power fusions and events, and not as something to pull willy-nilly every time there is a 2X or an attractive 10X/15X looking for that dopamine hit.  Saving Resources and using them judiciously allows you to build a Roster over time that will carry you to end-game.         

Spend little more then you may get one.
