Right after I started this thread I was banned from the forum.  Another out of control spam bot or the management?

Gonna nip the baseless speculation in the bud: it was the spam bot. You aren't getting silenced for speaking negatively as long as it's within the forum rules.

That dirty rotten scoundrel of a spam bot got me today too.  I have been banned by the bot so many times that I am thinking about taking a picture and copying Trips.  😂

Yes, I've no idea why it was so keen to chuck y'all in the slammer today, but I'll be keeping an eye on the banned list incase its shenanigans continue.

Also, any way to know why it did not let me out of jail when it said it would?  By the time you freed me, I should've been free for hours already...

That is...odd and would be completely new.

This was my ban message last night:

I sent you a message around 12pm CST on 5/13 (local for me), which would have been 5pm in UTC (Raid time).  At that time I was still banned, but should not have been no matter which time zone was in control.

I didn't see your message for a little bit, FWIW. Not sure if that explains the time gap.

Unless I am misunderstanding something, I should have been un-banned before I sent the second message?  

2026 is a long time from now.

😂 Missed the 2026.  Wow.  The Bot really had it in for me.  That's the first time it gave me a full year ban.  Usually it is like 12-24 hrs.    

the bot apparently is not about that half measure life anymore :)

I thought I got a 6 hour ban but now realize it was a full year.  That is a first for me also.  

@WileyMan....We must be Wanted Dead or Alive by the spam bot.   lol

I would still like a comment from someone about putting out an update while we are working to get a new champ.  This isnt the first time.  

unfortunately i don't foresee there being an official statement on rsl helper (or issues that pop up with it not working due to updates) past the app being something plarium has said is fine for players to use. 

that said it isnt an official app supported or provided by plarium so realistically it isn't an expectation they're going to work with farbstoff. 

updates are always going to be happening at an inconvenient time since there's really always something going on these days. it feels a bit like trying to dodge raindrops when it comes to all the reset times for different content in the game now. so yeah, it's not as though they're doing it to spite Helper or its users, the game just has to get updated from time to time.
