Ya think raid is making enough money?

Goodness, with the millions of players, most of which invest financially into the game: ya think just maybe we could be a little more generous?

I mean, getting the champions you actually want is practically impossible, seeing how the same old "rare" champions summon, time and time again./,

There's no guarantee of getting the legendary champions you want;

And you can forget about summoning a mythical, even with dozens of primal shards!

Better chance of winning the lottery.

Holy flipping hamburger! With all that money they're making:

They can at least provide a feasible path for players to get the champions they want!

I seriously hope I'm not the only one.

I thought this might be a reddit thread or bot till I saw poster's account age.

To legitimately answer your question, no they aren't making "Enough" because there is no "Enough". No business would ever say "Hey we have enough profit this year, let's give stuff away for free in the last quarter"

And yes, Summon Rates really suck sometimes. I've still never pulled a mythical from Primals or Remnant shards despite how long they've been in the game.

While I do think the balancing and odds numbers are off what they should be, a 1 in 200 chance to hit a Legendary or Mythical is not nearly as terrible as lotto odds (typically around 1 in 14M)...

I also would love to have a few more of the champs I wants, and a huge issue here that Plarium needs to consider is that it's very difficult for newer players to have any chance to catch up or compete with long term players with the current system...

...And realistically, this is incredibly poor game design if RAID wants to both attract and keep newer players, as well as hold on to players who may be getting frustrated (even playing a great deal).

That said, it doesn't work well either for players to be able to buy or attain everything lightning fast, as they would get bored, the content would get stale, and it would kill the game... There is balance to find here; and yes that balance clearly could/should be better, for the health of the game, not just player wants/needs.

Personally, I'm happy not everyone has all the champions, and one has to find ways with thier roster, and continuing to play for getting new champs is part of the fun... But yes, it could and should still be implemented better.

Still likely a bot but ill wait to see.  Old accounts with 0 posts often are overtaken by a bot.

Just my opinion but I think the balance currently is very good.  Sooooo many gachas have died for exactly what you stated, giving every player every champ.  Raid is interesting because you have to work with what you have, not what everyone has.

Catch up is a bit more dynamic.  Starting players can breeze thru PvE content way way easier now but thats more the result of the general power creep, than designed mechanics.  But Id also add the early game progression has been vastly improved both thru new systems and the constantly good free lego codes that are available.  Though Id prefer if they were auto generated at account creation since many people miss out on them just not knowing.

Yeah, limiting 1 lego code per account is fine.

But ALSO limiting it to the first 48 hours after account creation is just mean. Punishes anyone who decided to just give the game a try based on some ad/link without doing detailed research first.

And then on top of that limiting it to once per device, even if a new account is made, is just sadistic.

I'm old enough to remember when gamers were REALLY pissed off at the idea of in-game transactions for real money (horse armor)

but grudgingly okay with it as long as it was purely cosmetic and didn't affect game play.

And somehow we went from that to pay-to-win being the only viable business model in about the time it takes for a good sneeze.

I also remember when a  "microtransaction" was 50 cents, not 50 dollars.

Yeah those are the same complaints I have.

"When I was a kid my mom would give me a dollar, and I'd walk down to the corner store and come back with a gallon of milk, a carton of eggs, some lunchmeat and candy.

You can't do that anymore. F^&*'in security cameras everywhere."

I'm not opposed to not giving players every champion and making it somewhat difficult for players to get every character, including the REALLY good ones, but that's not what I've seen at all with my summons. I used about 50 shards this past week and pulled Deacon while the rest were all rare champions. It's really frustrating and disheartening to open shards to only be met with throw-away champions.
