Can't edit saved teams
Don't think it's specific to the team I'm trying to the team I'm trying to edit.

That's a bug that's been happeneing a lot lately
Clear out the team and recreate it in a new slot should work

Who's in the team? Everything I've heard it's tied to BEK or Salad.

Neither are in that team, but I do have other saved teams with BEK. Do I need to delete all of them?

You shouldn't have to. As far as I knew it was only the presets with them in it.
