Does it go on cooldown even when shes dead.. eg. I have her unbooked, 9 turn cooldown. she blocked a revive earlier in the round but shes dead. Does every turn cycle where should would have taken a turn count as a cooldown going down?
Only when she is alive
Yeah you're probably only going to have it go off ONE time in an Arena fight. It is one of the most OP abilities in the game tho, considering it bypasses Block Revive.
Others' can confirm this but I believe if she revives someone who had Block Revive, Block Revive is now gone and if they die again normally they can be revived normally. Really useful for Wukong's passive if he gets locked by Block Revive.
The reason the cooldown is so long (and why it doesn't decrease while she's dead) is because of how ridiculously OP it would be otherwise.
Lastly, and this is just a fun FYI but you don't need a HP Burner for Frost Spider if Lydia is there UNLESS it's a multi-boss fight in the City
