Belz is really OP??

First, and most importantly, I need to clarify his A2. It says it Steals all buffs and it does it BEFORE attacking. So that means the Buff Steal ignores affinity right? Then he REPEATS it against all Enemies if ONLY the first target has Leech, so does this mean he steals buffs again from ALL other enemies too?? Like, that's pretty insane because:

Second, for the Repeat attack, is he hitting the initial target AGAIN when he hits all the enemies?

Third, his Passive I also need to clarify... is it 5% per Active Debuff or just ANY debuff placed during the fight?

Fourth, for his A3, it says it fills his TM for each debuff placed. Does this include Set Debuffs like Provoke, Hex, Freeze, Poison ect?

Pretty sure the a2 only repeats the attack part, not the steal buff part, which happens *before* the attack; the part that gets repeated.

As for whether the intial target gets attacked a 2nd time, I'd call it 50/50 based on wording of other champs

His passive I'm pretty sure gives him the boost for each debuff HE places, but doesn't wear off when the debuff does

The a3 says for each debuff placed by THIS skill. I'm fairly certain it wouldn;t count debuffs placed from sets like toxic or provoke.

This is just speculation and educated guesses based on other champs

don't have him (yet), so this is all obviously just speculation based on my understanding of how similar abilities work, but:

yes, his buff steal will get around affinity. it's not an attack, so it can't weak hit.

no, he will not steal buffs from the other enemies. his a2 specifies that he will repeat the attack against all other enemies and as we just noted, the buff steal happens seperately from the attack.

i'm guessing it works similarly to ma'shalled's a1, in which case he wouldn't attack the initial target a second time.

doesn't say anything about needing to be active (and it'd barely be worth capping at that point, he'd be hard-pressed to get more than 10 active debuffs at any given time), so i would think that his passive is based on total debuffs placed.

no idea about the last one.

I think a lot of it comes down to how sober the devs were at the time the skills were being coded :D
