If your team was working and stopped, it's almost certain that someone's speed changed and threw off your speed tune.

You've got the champs for several different team options; the easiest to build from scratch is probably myth-heir, but I'm pretty sure you can just fix the team you already built

Yeah I'm with Moored here, you actually don't even need a Unkillable team with some of the champs you have. You've got some really great ones that can just be a OP team.

My highest dmg is from my team now that I have Ninja to pair with Mikage. Here's your team if you can fuse Mikage:

Mikage, Ninja, Gnut, Lydia and Duchess. I can promise you can do 40 mil minimum with 1 key on UNM with that combo. I don't have Duchess, I have Pythion but Duchess' passive + veil is the equivalent of Pythion's passive. 

470k Power Team and this is a standard run for me. As you can see, you get the damage out FAST before the Demon Lord is wrecking you:

Also check faction guardians and blessings, both can add speed to someone and mess up a tune

That's some impressive damage per turn.  Im 2020 CB meta and still using tuned UK.  But if it ain't broke...

technically I have a team that does more, but it involves Cardiel (in 9 piece protection) instead of Pythion. But I wanted to show OP why duchess is a great choice. I think Cardiel is the only Quad Buffer? Increase Crit Rate 30% isn't useful on its own, but when it gives 5% more dmg as a buff...

I'm just stickin with Wixwell. Between 140-240M per key. Surprising how much variance there is, even on void, but hey, it works!

Just have a look at the faction guardians and you'll be able to adjust everything. Although it's quite common to mess up 😴

Do they also get desperate during a Champion Training Event for Fragments and end up sacrificing all their Rare Faction Guardians? I did that for all factions except Elves (High and Dark). Also most of my Epic guardians got raided too.
