I'm guessing this is probably a reddit thread or maybe even AI? I don't understand the confusion... you're not understanding why a New Account is getting a "Starting Bonus" that your existing account doesn't have?

Also just to clarify, what you get at the start can vary as well based on if you use New Player Promo Codes or not. That's not "Rigged" that's rewarding people who actually do some research first

Try it yourself, make account randomly and you will get randomly stuff or like that passes you get it or get it not.

Pretty sure they *try*; some of them make references to images that aren't included.

As for OP: I'm fairly sure most of the forum regulars haven't chimed in because we've got nothing to contribute.

I fully agree it seems odd that the first account has the "passes" locked and the newer one doesn't. I have absolutely no idea why that might be, that's a question for support. Or at the very least, the 'bugs' section under "technical support" here in the forums. Which will almost certainly just be a mod telling you to open a ticket with support

To your question OP: Ratto is right, or at least 1/3 of the mod team is unsure as to why new accounts would be treated differently. 

feel free to fire off a message to support and see if they can dig deeper/shed light on it.
