I suggest to create +-10 lvls' caps in live arena. I have 63 lvl account and I'm in 4th silver league, very often I meet there players 90+lvls (sometimes that's in 4/5 games) and that's almost all the time automatically loosing. That kills the mood to play at all.
With lvl caps game will become more friendly to new players and it will become more fun to play
This would be a sight, people with fat wallets would 100% create twink accounts, not leveling the account up but pulling until they get a ridiculous roster for say, lvl 30, and then just fight away against noobs daily xD
live arena should be a ladder nothing more or less, no algorithms, you fight who ever is closest to your current standing.
They already don't dont do this. Live arena is a joke.

Curious what you find wrong with the matchmaking?
You get matched with someone in your ladder tier 99% of the time. Other than easier matches (bots in lower levels), seems to be working exactly as your request?

they are running a lot more than just matching you too somone close to your raiting, which doesnt even happen often.

There is certainly more to the match-making than a simple ladder, but IMO, getting matched out of your tier is not really a regular problem. I get matched out of my tier maybe once per month.
