In the future, please keep in mind that it is really lame to give a tech issues compensation gift of "3 Hrs Free Gear Removal" with a 6 Day Timer that overlaps all 4 days of the Monthly Free Gear Removal. That is basically like giving us nothing and pretending that it is something.

I used one outside of the free weekend. I only noticed it cuz they won't change the stupid pop up. Please let me just turn it off Q.
I noticed the mandatory log-outs several times yesterday, and now it's happening again today. Just had to log out to get another update.
I was also an IT professional, and in over 40+ years I don't recollect ever having these types of issues. Oh well, as long as the free stuff keeps rolling out, it's better than only those that pay getting the good stuff.
