Try the other sort option to the upper left that shows your champions horizontally instead of vertically. You've got Ninja and Uugo so that's a great start but we'll need to see more to help

Well the good news is you have a bunch of champs for hydra (Ninja, uugo, shamael) but as far as Dragon 20 goes, I'm not too familiar with some of the epics. 

Loki in a stun set might serve you well for those waves. Synergy with Ultimate Galek with inc atk and inc debuff duration on his AOE HP Burn. Also uugo for the aoe decrease defense and block buffs. High Khatun is some CC with Turn Meter manipulation.

Khatun in lead, Loki, Uugo, Ultimate Galek and Ninja would be my suggestion. Ninja's AOE Freeze would buy you a turn to get everyone debuffed with HP Burn and Dec Def as well, plus Khatun's increase speed/turn meter along with decrease turn meter aoe would buy you more time. You'll just have to manually do the waves to make sure your team has their debuffs ready for the start of the next round until you have a solid Team Setup with priorities that work.

If any of the epics you have can do AOE stun, then I'd use them. Once you're at Dragon, you shouldn't be too concerned

its a gear issue for the most part ... lack of books to make stuff 3-4 turn CD .. etc ...

I still cant do dragon 20 but can do dragon 17 with ease and thats good enough for sub 90 days account ....should help you guess whats missing for you to hit dragon 20 

Not to get too off topic but is there any benefit to playing via Steam instead of Plarium Play?

Is your problem gertting through the waves?  Or can you get through the waves, but get smoked by the Dragon?  Different solutions for each.  

You've only shown us the build for Ninja, but I will offer you feedback on that build:

Ninja is a damage dealer, and probably your best one right now.  He should wear damage gear or accuracy gear to help him do damage and land his debuffs.  He needs 100% Crit Rate for sure.  Find your best Crit Rate gloves and put them on him for now.  Later, you may want to switch his gloves to Crit Damage.    

Bolster gear belongs on your supports that have higher base HP, which can scale the shield higher.    

As I understood it, they aren't getting to round 3. I made my recommendations based on that. They do have solid champs to handle rounds 1 & 2 but from others' observations, this may be a gear issue but I do believe with CC (like Ninja's freeze and Khatun's TM stuff) they'll be able to get through them and overall be fine once they get to the dragon itself.

Do you think they should be doing IG or FK instead maybe? IG 20 could be a option but I don't think even FK16 would be possible with the current roster

visix, armigar, ruella, and fat man will take care of FK when the time comes

Biggest issue is gear;need to raise up speeds, acc, res, crit rate, etc

I started leveling up ruella for that very reason. 😁

That build is because I copied it from that ash guy that puts videos on youtube. The idea is that Ninja last longer in guild boss to stack more the burning debuff.

You don't have enough accuracy to be landing Ninja's Debuffs with that build in clan boss or in higher dungeon wave content.  As a geneaal rule you want a min of 10 X Dungeon Level, so for Dragon 20, that means 200 Acc.

If you want to use Ninja as your primary damage dealer, you need to build him to land his debuffs and to do damage.        

How many pieces of 5-6 Perception can you craft? Or even 4-5? Perception Sets might be the best way to go if you don't have ACC banners

Should I put perception on everything or just ninja?

For the team I suggested, it would be everyone to get that 200 acc that was referenced earlier. I did want to make one correction tho, put Loki in the lead. That's 60 ACC for everyone from his aura so you'll only need 140ish per champ. 

One more tip for survivability, Def/HP Rings and Necks will help stay alive, one of each. I'd do that for now just to increase your chances, plus Galek and Ninja are gonna be doing a lot of damage to the Round 1 and 2 champs through HP Burn anyway

Who did you end up using for your team?

The team that onikage suggested but I exchanged ultimate galek with torturehelm only because I don't have Galek all leveled up yet. I'm still having. I made them fight like 10 times and lost half those tries on dragon with less than 20% of hp but it's been a great improvement. I'll focus now on getting ultimate galek geared and leveled up and give it another go
